Demonstration is held by tenants of the Columbia Point housing development.

The tenants give Christmas presents to the Boston Housing Authority board at the agency’s headquarters at 52 Chauncy Street. The “gifts” include dead mice hanging from a miniature Christmas tree and live roaches in glass jars, as well as a Christmas card containing a list of demands for improved maintenance of the development.
